Mommy the Frequent Flyer
Mommy should have arrived safely in Manila by now. She left on the weekend, when it was nonstop pissing rain. It seemed only right that she should fly outta here when the weather was horrid, knowing that it was gonna be like this for the whole winter, and she'd be back just in time for spring. I miss her. I think I'll call her tomorrow night.
I wonder if she knew, when she had 6 kids, that she'd end up being a jetsetter in her late 60's, flying all over the place to help with her 7 grandchildren. This year alone, she flew to LA for a couple of months to help with Vangie's kids, somewhere in that time they all ended up going to Mexico for a week. Then she came back here to help Helen give birth and take care of the baby for 3 months. Now she's back in Manila to help with the kiddies there. They should make a show about her, called SuperGranny 911 !!!

Yes, mom does not look a day over 50. Apparently, the secret to everlasting youth is to have a stress-case as a husband? HEEHEE =)
